Margo Haut | LBSW, NCG, Director

Margo received her bachelor's in Social Work from the University of North Dakota. Her experience covers a wide range including child protection along with nursing home and hospital settings. Margo is a Director of Guardian Angels, is both state and nationally certified, and serves as a guardian, conservator and case manager.

Lexus Haut | BS, Director

Lexus received her bachelor's degree in Advertising from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Her background entails graphic design and marketing. As a Director of Guardian Angels, Lexus oversees all operations, administrative work and client finances.

Emily Klein | LBSW, NCG

Emily received her bachelor's in Social Work from UND. She brings knowledge from her experience as a nursing home social worker. Emily serves as a legal guardian and is both state and nationally certified.

Jennifer Salzer | LBSW, NCG

Jenny received her Bachelor of Social Work from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She brings knowledge from her experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities and nursing home settings. Jenny serves as a legal guardian and is both state and nationally certified.

Heidi Kaatz | LPN, NCG

Heidi received her Associate Degree in Nursing at NDSCS in Wahpeton, ND. She has 20+ years of experience in the long-term care setting in both nursing care and social services. In addition, she has served as a health coordinator for a local preschool and a pediatric nurse. These roles have given her a background in assisting families of poverty find resources and services and providing children with disabilities exceptional care, which accents the existing and exceptional knowledge base of Guardian Angels. Heidi is both state and nationally certified.
